I’ve been living in Chiangmai , the North of Thailand, for few years. When I was a child, I used to say to my parents “I would like to do something to help people, to be useful, but I don’t know what”. At that time, I didn’t know yet that I should help myself first before doing something for the others… I worked five years in an association for animals’ protection, then did different kind of jobs, but was still looking for something that would fill me more…

Few years ago, I made a trip to India. There I met a Sage who changed my life and my life’s objectives. By his teachings and through meditation, he gave me the opportunity to understand better WHO I AM.

This Saint gave me the strength to learn to love myself, to open my mind and to make me think about what I want to do with my life.

One year later, I came to Thailand to visit a friend. He convinced me to stay for a while.

While eating in a restaurant, I saw an advertisement about “Bio Energetics” saying “how to take care of ourselves and others”. Interested, I took an appointment and met Cory Croymans Plaghki.
I was very impressed by the techniques she used. They looked so simple but so “complex” at the same time, so different from what we see with the doctors in Europe. Making a diagnosis without using any machine and so quickly!

After this Bio energetic treatment, Cory gave me a REIKI. On the way back to my guest house, I felt very light, so happy with myself.

That’s how the story started.
Since then, I decided to learn those techniques. In one year, I studied intensively Bio Energetic, passed the Reiki degrees 1 and 2, helping at the same time in the volunteer treatments in the villages to elderly people, for the New Life Foundation.

The New Life Foundation under the patronage of H.R.H The Princess Mother, was established in September 1964 (2507 B.E.).
The objectives of the Foundation are to assist and help rehabilitate patients who have recovered from Leprosy and from Mental Disorders. We help them to learn how to lead a normal life and happily find jobs that make them stand on their own feet.

For this purpose the New Life Foundation has set-up three village-style complexes:

1. Trisapawakarm Village Complex in the Chiangdao District of Chiangmai Province.
2. New Life Village Complex in the Lee District of Lampoon Province.
3. The Halfway Home Village in the Hangdong District of Chiangmai Province.

The New Life Foundation aims to assist, support and urge members to gradually stand on their own feet.

I was so pleased to see those old people we met there, happy with the treatments and especially with improvements in their well-being.

I practise here in Thailand, as well as in France.
I’m also a Reiki Master teacher since September 2004.

I still have so much to learn and I still feel like learning... I started to learn Chinese medicine, and still continue to learn it now to combine to our treatments which are so complementary.

From my experience of those last 5 years, I learnt a lot about myself, about the way this incredible body machine works and how much we have to take care of it if we want to be happy with ourselves and with the others.
At the same time, by practising, I felt closer to people, feeling compassionate? Willing to improve more and more, yes.

All those experiences have brought me so many benefits that today, I feel like sharing this with others, giving treatments and giving people the opportunity to see another way to be healed, accessible to one and all, and to feel better with them.
